Stock Commissions: $6.99 - $12.99 (based on assets or trade frequency)
Option Commissions: $6.99 - $12.99 + $0.75 per contract. There is only one ticket charge for spread trades.
Options in IRAs: E*trade allows approved clients to trade just about everything in IRA accounts, except for naked writing, which you should not do anyway, so we give them a high grade in this area of service.

- Etrade.com Web Based Trading is available to all customers. It provides quick and easy online trading, including complex option orders. This is also where you can access research, charting, and account information.
- E*TRADE Market Trader is an integrated web based trading platform for traders and investors. You get research, easy order entry, streaming quotes, charts, and news.
- Power E*TRADE Pro is a premier desktop trading software for active equity and options traders who make 30 or more trades per quarter. Power E*TRADE Pro allows unlimited customization, direct access trading for stocks and options, and streaming advanced charting, technical indicators, and news.
Option Trading Tools:
- Customizable advanced options strategy chains. The strategy chains allow you to place complex trades (including verticals, straddles, strangles, diagonals, calendars, buy/writes, and married puts) with one click.
- Real-time options analytics, including implied volatilities, theoretical values, delta, gamma, vega, theta and rho.
